systems section is responsible for :

  • ensuring that the overall systems of the organization are in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (such as: iso9001, iso14001, iso13485,oshas18001 and etc.)

  • carrying out internal audits annually.

  • external audits carried out by third party auditors such as iso9001, iso14001, iso13485, eicc and etc.

  • customers audits.

  • proper control, maintenance and distribution of documentations( including that of customers) and records .

  • providing services in assisting customer in ul, ce, csa ,vde and tuv certification.

  • training plan for the whole company providing familiarization training for newly joined employees, specialized training specific to the job functions etc.
